Location
Our retreat will be held in tropical Costa Rica!
The first half of our retreat will be held at Florestral. Located in the majestic Diamante Valley, which is home to the tallest waterfall in Costa Rica!
The second half of our retreat we will be staying at Cascada Elysiana, an eco-lodge nearby that has a beautiful waterfall on site, as well multiple swimming holes and hiking trails.
We will also have the opportunity to visit Marina Ballena National Park, one of Costa Rica's protected beaches known for humpback whale migration and frequent spottings!

Experience deep relaxation and energetic healing in a Reiki Healing Circle facilitated by Ariadne. Option to add on private Reiki Sessions.
Integration
We will have various opportunities for guided group integration as well as time set aside for a private integration session with Ariadne. Post-ceremony integration is vital in order for you to truly benefit in the long term from the deep healing these plant medicines can provide. Integration helps you to connect the profound lessons you learned during your retreat and integrate them into the experiences of your day to day life.

Learn to Go with the Flow
Get comfortable playing with a variety of flow toys! Including hula hoops, silk fans, poi and more!
Cacao Ceremony and Ecstatic Dance
On our final evening we will come together for a heart opening Cacao Ceremony and then move into an ecstatic dance warm up led by Ariadne. Once we are all warmed up we'll let loose and dance to our hearts content!

Ariadne Rigas
Host
Ariadne Rigas, born in New York City, is a certified Reiki Energy Healer, an eating disorder recovery mentor and specializes in psychedelic integration support. She is passionate about helping others reach their fullest potential so that they may each flourish and serve their highest purpose on this earth. She began her own healing journey at 15 years old when she was first diagnosed with an eating disorder. Since then Ariadne has experimented with various healing modalities and is an advocate for the holistic approach to healing mind, body and spirit. She credits her personal connection to psychedelics and plant medicines for helping her overcome her eating disorder and for allowing her to release old unhealthy habits, belief systems, subconscious conditioning, fears and insecurities. She has much love and reverance for plant medicine and the deep healing these sacred plants can offer us. Ariadne is incredibly devoted to her own healing path and is honored to help guide others as they navigate their own healing journeys.
Nicole Netaya
Facilitator
Nicole Netaya, born in South Africa, devotes her energy to holding and honoring the Sacred Space of Ceremony and Spirit. With motherly love she watches over participants and intuitively assists them when needed. She offers her being as a channel for divine light and when called for, works with incorporation. She has a deep love for the Forest and the Spirit of Ayahuasca, already 20 years of her life devoted to the Medicine Path, she holds a lot of respect for ritual and the sacredness of ceremonial work. Bringing her own unique medicine of healing and guidance through song, prayer and presence; Nicole cherishes the union felt in circle.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any previous experience with plant medicines to join?
Not at al! Many who sit with ayahuasca have no prior experience with other plant medicines or psychedelics, therefore no previous experience is needed in order to join our Women's Plant Medicine Healing Retreat.
Can I come alone?
Yes! You are more than welcome to come alone. We have created a safe space were all women are welcome and we strongly encourage community support and bonding amongst attendees. We hope that you will leave this retreat having made heartfelt connections and lifelong friends!

How do I get there?
You will need to book a flight to San Jose (SJO Airport) all other ground transportation is covered by us! There will be a shuttle from the aiport straight to the hotel and from there our driver will have you covered.
How much do flights to Costa Rica cost?
Flights to San Jose (SJO) Airport usually cost between $300-650.
Will there by any added personal costs to this trip?
Nope! The only added cost to your trip is your flight and any optional services you may choose to add on (massage, private reiki session, surf lessons, travel insurance ). Everything else is included! We've got you covered from the minute you land in SJO aiport on the 13th to the minute our driver drops you back off at SJO on the 22nd! All meals, ground transportation, accomodations, activities, excursions and ceremonies are included in your package!

We recommend adding on travel insurance in order to protect you from any personal losses, damages, injuries or illness that may occur during your trip. We will not be held responsible or held liable for any personal losses, damages, injuries or illness that may occur during your time at our retreat or during travel to or from the retreat destination.
